What are the key terms of service for WAExtension?
WAExtension licenses browser productivity and CRM software for WhatsApp Web under fair-use terms, standard subscription rules, 14-day refund policies, and platform compliance guidelines.
WAExtension is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc., unless otherwise stated. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. All third-party names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
1. The service
WAExtension licenses you a browser-based productivity and CRM layer for WhatsApp Web plus associated SaaS features per your subscription plan. Features may evolve; we don't promise particular functionality beyond what your paid plan documents.
2. Your responsibilities
You must use WhatsApp in line with WhatsApp's own terms and applicable messaging laws: obtain recipient consent, honour opt-outs promptly, and avoid spam or deceptive conduct. You own the content you and your customers exchange; we take no position on it.
3. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering of the extension, no reselling access without agreement, no attempts to circumvent platform limits, and no use that risks WhatsApp number bans for you or others. Accounts abused this way may be suspended with refunds pro-rated.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime from the dashboard with effect at period end. Refunds follow the 14-day policy. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
5. Availability & disclaimers
The service is provided “as available”. WhatsApp Web changes occasionally break third-party layers temporarily; we aim to repair quickly but don't guarantee uninterrupted function. To the maximum extent lawful, implied warranties are disclaimed.
6. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g. fraud).
7. Termination & data
Either side may terminate with notice. On termination you retain export access for 30 days; thereafter CRM data is deleted per the privacy policy.
8. Changes
Material changes are announced 30 days ahead by email and on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
