What is the WAExtension refund policy?
WAExtension offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on first purchases, with refunds processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
WAExtension is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc., unless otherwise stated. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. All third-party names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The short version
14 days, first purchase, no questions. If WAExtension isn't clicking within two weeks of your first paid subscription, email us and we return everything. Statutory cooling-off rights for consumers in your jurisdiction apply on top of this policy, never instead of it.
The details
- Applies to subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business) purchased directly; marketplace purchases follow that marketplace's policy.
- Renewals: request cancellation before the renewal date for a full renewal refund; after renewal, the 14-day rule applies once per customer.
- Account suspensions for acceptable-use violations (§3 of the terms) forfeit refunds.
- Processing: approved refunds initiate within 2 business days; bank posting varies.

Same 14-day window applies to first yearly purchases. After that, cancelling stops future renewals; partial-period refunds are discretionary but we've historically been generous.
Downgrades credit remaining time toward future invoices rather than cash back — standard practice, stated before checkout.
